Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes

We realize that it may seem like we've been neglectful of the Donut lately. It's possible that we have, but it's mostly because we've been wrapped up with our commercial clients. But, never fear! We're still as committed as ever (even though we both enjoyed some Coldstone while Kathy was visiting from Philly this weekend... eeek! Points schmoints!).

Stay tuned over the next few weeks to some big changes around here: new system, new mailing lists, new articles, new recipes, expanded features and a whole new look! And get your ideas ready because we want YOU! We're going to be looking for some contributors soon, as we're always looking for fresh ideas (and fresh ideas don't go unrewarded. It won't be much, but we may be able to offer some gifties once in a while or something. No guarantees, but we'll try!). Be on the lookout for that!

And again, we think you totally rock for comitting to change your body, health and fitness through healthy eating, weight loss and/or maintenance and exercise. You are all the bees knees and we thank you for reading and making the Donut the great budding community that it's become.
